Adjoined is the living area with plenty of seating, a large TV, and a dining area with seating for 8 plus additional seating for 4 by the kitchen island. Open the sliding doors to the fully screen-in pool area with sun loungers and a table with seating for 4 where you can relax and enjoy Florida's sun.
On the ground floor, you will find the first bedroom with a king-size bed and a large TV. On the second floor, you will find the rest of the bedrooms including a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and two other bedrooms both themed and with a full-size bed, a bunk bed, and a large TV each. The space-themed bedroom comes with an Xbox and two controllers.

Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.

We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.
