The downstairs front king bedroom includes a wall-mounted smart TV, a wall-controlled ceiling fan with LED light, and shares a bathroom with the hall, which features a double vanity and shower. The downstairs king master bedroom offers a wall-mounted smart TV, wall-controlled ceiling fan with LED light, desk and chair, an en-suite master bathroom with a tub and shower, and pool access.

Upstairs, the back full/full bedroom has a wall-mounted smart TV and wall-controlled ceiling fan. The ice-themed twin/twin room delights with a wall-mounted smart TV, wall-controlled ceiling fan with LED lights, and LED ice lights that illuminate the room. This room shares a Jack and Jill bathroom (shower and double vanity) with the middle king bedroom, which also features a wall-mounted smart TV and wall-controlled ceiling fan with LED lights.

The upstairs loft area provides additional entertainment with a pool table, a large wall-mounted smart TV with a sound bar, and a ceiling fan. There’s also a pub table with two chairs and a full bath with a tub/shower combo located off the loft and theater. The movie theater is a highlight with two rows of four reclining chairs and a projector with a 120” screen.

The upstairs front cartoon-themed twin/twin room includes a wall-mounted smart TV and a wall-controlled smart fan with LED light. The middle king bedroom upstairs has a wall-mounted smart TV, wall-controlled ceiling fan with LED lights, and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom (shower and double vanity) with the back beach-themed twin/twin room, which also has a wall-mounted smart TV and wall-controlled ceiling fan with LED lights.

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
