This home has a modern spacious layout with a great room including the living area, the kitchen, and the dining area. The living area consists of 2 comfy retractable couches and an armchair before a large screen TV. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped so you can cook your own meals or store & reheat take-out. Serve it up at the kitchen counter with bar seating for 4, or have a nice dinner at the formal dining table seating 8. 

The entire pool deck is screened-in and there is a children's safety fence available. What is a Florida vacation without a pool? Relax in one of the sun loungers, take a cool dip in the pool, or soak in the spillover spa. Hungry? How about a poolside snack? The covered lanai has a nice set of patio furniture with a coffee table.

This home really turns up the entertainment with a newly renovated first-floor Theater/Arcade. Enjoy theater-style seating for six and take in the latest movie with the family, or step up the competition with a commercial racing arcade inside your own vacation home. Two gaming station Smart TVs, one has a PS4 and the other one to an Xbox. No coins needed! The room also has high-top seating for three. 

Challenge the family to a game of pool in the bonus loft, equipped with comfortable bar seating for six and a Smart TV with cable. The home includes 6 bedrooms, and there is also a washer & dryer for your convenience.

• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
• Max of 6 cars per address
